With over thirty participants of The Sisterhood ranging in age from twelve to eighty-five, universal instruction can be a challenge. The essential concepts of self-defense however, are without age limitation and all of the participants demonstrated their effectiveness with situational awareness, deterence and effective critical disengagement skills.
